§ 56-1. Statutory authority.

Pursuant to the powers conferred on the Town Council by the provisions of MGL c. 138, §§ 12, 14 and 23, and all other powers the Council may have, the Council hereby adopts the following rules and regulations for persons holding alcoholic beverage licenses within the Town of Franklin.
