§ 264-2. Noncriminal disposition of offenses.

  • In addition to other remedies available under any law, this regulation, any conditions under which a permit is issued or any decision rendered by the Board of Health may be enforced by and at the discretion of General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 21D, which provides for noncriminal disposition of such offenses. When so enforced, the penalties for Board of Health violations of any type described hereon shall be:
    A. 
    First offense: $25.
    B. 
    Second offense: $50.
    C. 
    Third offense and all subsequent offenses: $50.
