Analysis of paint samples will be made at the expense of the contractor or the person performing the operation and sent to the Lead Laboratory, State Laboratory Institute, 305 South Street, Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts 02130. Results of this testing will be forwarded to the Franklin Board of Health.
